Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

How to Start a Return

Email nzuniqlo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Your Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your preferred resolution:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Exchange for another item (subject to availability)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the conditions above.
