Where We Ship

We ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over $75: free standard shipping nationwide
• Orders under $75: standard shipping calculated at checkout based on your region

Processing & Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on stock availability at the time of your order:

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Items not currently on hand: please allow 7–14 business days for fulfilment before dispatch. If your order includes an item subject to a delay, we will contact you by email.

Delivery times after dispatch follow standard NZPost timeframes for your region and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to NZPost volumes, rural locations, or public holidays.

Carrier

We ship via NZPost. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
