About Us

NZClo is a New Zealand-based sole trader operating at nzclo.com, selling authentic Uniqlo products shipped within New Zealand.

Product Authenticity

All products sold on this Site are 100% genuine Uniqlo items. NZClo is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Uniqlo Co., Ltd.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, your details are accurate and complete, and you are located within New Zealand. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example in the case of a pricing error or stock unavailability. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site is owned by NZClo. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. Uniqlo brand assets remain the property of Uniqlo Co., Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NZClo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
